Security commitments
- Client-owned data and results. What you share and everything Nodal generates from it, concepts, reports and dossiers, belongs to you.
- No model training. Your information is not used to train models, ours or anyone else's.
- EU infrastructure. Enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with data residency in the European Union.
- Encryption and isolation. TLS-encrypted connections, encryption at rest and logical isolation per client and project.
- NDA and data processing agreement. Every project is covered by an NDA and a data processing agreement under GDPR article 28.
- AI with human oversight. Decision support validated by your team. A limited-risk system under the EU AI Act.

Use of AI
Nodal is decision support: its results are validated by the client's team before they are applied, and that team's technical judgement always prevails. Under the EU AI Act it is a limited-risk system, with its transparency obligations.
